Add layers of delicious original New York cheesecake and rich chocolate with luscious raspberry puree between the layers. Top with raspberry puree and you have a decadent masterpiece. Make sure there's enough for everybody! Our cheesecake source is a small family-owned business in South Alabama. They are staffed by bakers with more than 30 years experience who use only the finest ingredients. Taking short cuts is not an option. These cheesecakes are made in small batches with ingredients like fresh whole eggs, Melipone vanilla, pure cane sugar, and juice squeezed from fresh lemons. The special crust recipe combines Zwieback toast crumbs, almond meal, and graham cracker crumbs. Cakes are good for up to 6 months frozen and 10 days in a standard refrigerator. Ships Monday – Wednesday in Polystyrene containers with a foam freezer brick included.
