Blackstraw - Combining my favorite fruits, blackberries, with sweet strawberries makes for the perfect sweet jam. Blackstraw is sweet with a little bit of tart from the blackberries and freshly tested lemons. Its a flavor that is perfect for breakfast and pairs well with warm biscuits or toast.

Bramble - Our take on a traditional mixed berry jam pairs blueberries, blackberries and raspberries for a sweet tart jam. The flavor pairs well with savory or sweet dishes and shines on brie, chicken and sausages.
